Special Rules for Football Bets

Aside from the following special betting rules, the common betting rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the common rules nevertheless.

1.) Correct score in football: If a correct score occurs that is not an option in our offer, all bets are lost. There is an option for "Others on Request" which means that on customers' request there can be offered odds on scores that do not appear in the original list of scores to bet on.

2.a) Which player will score the first goal of the match (regular time)? This market will be settled on the player to score the first legal goal. If the game is abandoned at any time, the first legally scored goal counts. If there has no goal been scored at the time of abandonment, all bets will be void. If a player has not entered the field of play before the first goals has been scored, then this player is deemed a "non-runner". All bets on this player are void.
- "Own Goal": If the first goal is an "Own Goal", this will be the winning option. If the "Own Goal" is scored by a player who is an option to bet on as the "First Player to Score" then the "Own goal" does NOT count for this player which means that all bets on players to be the first to score are "lost", except bets on players who have not entered the field of play before the first goal has been scored, which means that such players are deemed "non-runners". All bets on these players are void.
- "Not in List": If the first goal is scored by a player who is not in the list of players to bet on, all bets are "lost", except bets on players who have not entered the field of play before the first goal has been scored, which means that such players are deemed "non-runners". Bets on these players are void.
- "Others on Request": There is an option for "Others on Request" which means that on customers' request there can be offered odds on players that do not appear in the original list of players. If such odds are offered and a player does not enter the field of play before the first goals has been scored, this player is deemed a "non-runner". All bets on this player are void.

2.b) Which player will score the last goal of the match (regular time)? This market will be settled on the player to score the last legal goal. If the game is abandoned at any time, all bets will be void. If a player doesn't enter the field of play during the match at all, then this player is deemed a "non-runner". All bets on this player are void.
- "Own Goal": If the last goal is an "Own Goal", this will be the winning option. If the "Own Goal" is scored by a player who is an option to bet on as the "Last Player to Score", the "Own goal" does not count for this player. This means that all bets on specific players to be the last to score are "lost", except bets on players who have not entered the field of play during the match. Such players are deemed "non-runners", all bets on these players are void.
- "Not in List": If the last goal is scored by a player who is not in the list of players to bet on, all bets are "lost", except bets on players who have not entered the field of play during the match. Such players are deemed "non-runners", all bets on these players are void.
- "Others on Request": There is an option for "Others on Request" which means that on customers' request there can be offered odds on players that do not appear in the original list of players. If such odds are offered and a player does not enter the field of play during the game, the player is deemed a "non-runner". All bets on this player are void.

2.c) Which player will score a goal in the match (regular time)? This market will be settled on all players who score a legal goal. If a player doesn't enter the field of play during the game at all, then this player is deemed a "non-runner" - all bets on this player are void. If the game is abandoned at any time, all bets remain valid.
- Own goals do not count.
- "Others on Request": There is an option for "Others on Request" which means that on customers' request there can be offered odds on players that do not appear in the original list of players. If such odds are offered and a player does not enter the field of play during the match, the player is deemed a "non-runner". All bets on this player are void.

3.) Over/Under for rounds of matches: All matches that have been suspended or called off are awarded 2 goals. If on a given day/in a betting round, three or more matches in the same championship/tournament are suspended or called off, all bets are declared void.

4.) Total number of goals: This bet includes the penalties taken and own goals scored in the regular time (including added time). Any extra time and penalty shoot-outs are not included in the evaluation unless otherwise stated.

5.) Winner of the tournament: If the team on which the bet was placed fails to qualify, withdraws or is disqualified, all bets placed on the team are regarded lost.

6.) First change of trainer: Bets are open until the first official announcement regarding the change of a trainer. Bets which are placed after the first announcement are invalid.

7.) First yellow/red card: In addition to the "Results" of Team A and Team B the option "both at the same time" is also offered. This result arises when play does not continue between the first and second yellow card cautions (or the first and second sending-offs). Example: A player from Team A receives a yellow card for a foul. If a player from Team B retaliates with a revenge foul - before play continues (the free kick is taken) - and also receives a yellow card, then the "both at the same time" result applies.

8.) Halftime betting:

- 8.a) All bets placed on outcomes to occur during the 1st half apply to the period between the start of the match and the end of the 1st half.
- 8.b) All bets placed on outcomes to occur during the halftime break apply to the period between the end of the 1st half and the time at which the 2nd half commences.
- 8.c) All bets placed on outcomes to occur in the 2nd half apply to the period between the start of the 2nd half and the end of the 2nd half.
- 8.d) The start/end of the half is defined by the referee's whistle which starts/ends the respective half.
- 8.e) All cards shown after the final whistle of regular play will not count. All cards shown during the halftime interval will count for any overall match results but not for the individual half's results.

9.) Yellow and red cards:
- 9.a) For betting purposes all "red" and "yellow" cards shown to any players count (either they are playing or sitting on the bench). Any cards shown to "non-playing" staff do NOT count.
- 9.b) Yellow and red cards in extra time: cards shown between the final whistle of regular time and the start of extra time do not count.
- 9.c) "Red" and "yellow" cards shown after the final whistle of regular time do not count for regular time bets.

10.) Team to win both halves: To win this bet a team must win both halves by goals scored in each half only.

11.) Total of shirt numbers for goalscorers: This bet will be settled on the total of the shirt numbers of the goalscorers for each goal scored within regular time (including any added injury time) unless otherwise stated. If a player scores more than one goal, his shirt number is counted for every goal he scored. Own goals do not count for betting purposes.

12.) Player to score most goals in the match: Both players must be in the starting formation of their team when the match starts for bets to stand. If one or both players are not in the starting formation of their team, all bets will be void.

13.) Own goals:
- 13.a) Teams: For bets referring to teams, own goals always count for the team the goal is awarded to in the match. E.g. if a player of Team A scores an own goal, the goal will be awarded to Team B for betting purposes.
- 13.b) Players: For bets referring to players, own goals do not count for betting purposes.
- 13.c) For all other bets involving goals, own goals do count for betting purposes unless otherwise stated.

14.) Combined players of which position will score the most goals? This bet will be settled on the positions listed by UEFA/FIFA. Own goals do not count for betting purposes.

15.) How will the first goal be scored? "Free kick" is the winning option if the free kick taker scores directly from the free kick and is named as the goalscorer. Any scored goal that is not an "Own Goal", a direct "Free Kick", a "Penalty" or a "Header" is settled as a "Kick". This means that when the ball enters the net for a legal goal from any part of the body other than the head and is not an "Own Goal", a direct "Free Kick" or a "Penalty", it is deemed a "Shot". This rule also applies to bets on subsequent goals.

16.) Total number of yellow/red cards: If a player is sent off for 2 yellow cards, this counts as 2 yellow cards and 1 red card for betting purposes. If the match is abandoned for any reason, all bets will be void unless the highest possible total to bet on has already been reached at the time of abandonment.

17.) For all bets referring to goalscorers in a tournament (e.g. Top Goalscorer, Goalscorer Head-to-Head, ...), goals scored in extra time will be considered for settlement. Penalty shoot-outs do not count unless otherwise stated.

18.) Referee decisions: Any decision made by the referee or the linesmen must be executed to count for betting purposes.
- Example 1: The referee changes a decision after consulting one of his assistants. Then the decision finally executed counts for betting purposes.
- Example 2: The ball has been kicked across the side line by a player but the referee ends the half/match before the throw-in is being executed. In this case, the throw-in does not count for betting purposes. This applies to any actions that bets are offered on.

19.) Run of play: This bet will be settled on the first team to take the lead in combination with the final result at the end of regular playing time (including injury time) regardless of how often the lead may change in between.

20.) Fantasy football: The nominated matches must be played on the scheduled dates for bets to stand. If one or both matches are not played on the scheduled date, all bets will be void.

21.) Time periods: For all bets referring to occurences or results in relation to time periods, bets will be settled on the exact time as shown by the clock of the TV coverage. If results from TV coverage are unavailable or ambiguous, settlement will be based on official statistics and data provided by third party statistics providers.

22.) Team to be relegated: This bet relates to the teams that occupy the relegation places at the end of the season. All future changes, which may occur for whatever reason, are deemed irrelevant for this bet.

23.) Will (player X) get a yellow card (regular time only)? The respective player must be in the starting formation of his team when the match starts for bets to stand. If the player is not in the starting formation of his team, all bets will be void.

24.) Hat-trick: If one player scores three goals in one match during regular time, this is considered to be a hat-trick for betting purposes.

25.) How many goals will be scored in League X (matches played on Date X)? This bet refers to the total number of goals scored over all the matches on a given day. Only games played on the day (according to the league schedule) count. Should any games be postponed or any games added to the schedule after the initial odds have been posted then all bets will be void. Should any games be abandoned during play, then all bets will be void.

26.) Who will advance to the next round? If a game offered within a specific round is postponed, the bet still stands. Rule B1.5 (postponement: "72 hour" rule) does not apply.

27.) Handicap league winner: a new table is created at the end of the season which is based on the official season table - each team will be awarded the number of points which is listed next to the team name in the betting line-up. Bets will be settled based on this table.

28.) bwin bonus matches: This category contains selected games where special odds are offered - the odds for these bets are higher than those offered for the same games as part of the regular betting line-up. Bets placed in this category must be multi bets consisting of at least three bets, combinations are only possible within this category.

29.) Scorecast (1st goalscorer/correct score): This bet is settled referring to the first goalscorer of the match and the result of the match after regular time. If a player has not entered the field of play before the first goal has been scored, then this player is deemed a "non-runner". All bets on this player are void.

Special Rules for Tennis Bets

Aside from the following special betting rules, the common betting rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the common rules nevertheless.

1.) 2-way bets: In a tennis match that ends with one of the players retiring, the "2-way" bet is declared valid as soon as the first ball of the match has been played. For betting purposes, the winner is always the player who is declared the winner by the match referee. The same applies to "Doubles" matches.

2.) All other bets that are determined (i.e. the outcome is already decided) at the time a player retires are valid and will be settled accordingly. All bets that are not decided at the time a player retires are void.

3.) A set/game/tie-break is deemed to have taken place as soon as its first ball has been played but the outcome of the set/game/tie-break is not decided before the set/game/tie-break is completed.

4.) For all bets referring to the number of games played, a "Tie-break" is counted as one game.

5.) Champion's Tie-break (played up to 10 points): If a match is decided by a " Champion's Tie-break " instead of the final set, then the " Champion's Tie-break " counts as a set for betting purposes but not as a "Tie-break".

6.) If a match is interrupted or postponed, the bets within the framework of the tournament will remain valid until the match is completed. However, matches that are interrupted or postponed, but which do not take place within the framework of the tournament (e.g. exhibition matches), will be declared invalid if the match is not resumed and completed within 72 hours.

7.) In case of interruptions, the continuation of the match can be offered, including the result at the time of the interruption. This continuation will be deemed a new match for betting purposes. In case a match is interrupted and not resumed, then all bets on the continuation (including the result at the time of the interruption) of the match are void.

8.) Tournament bets: If not otherwise stated, for all bets referring to the final result of a tournament, the "All bets stand" principle applies.

9.a) "Who will win/play more games in round X?": The winner of a bet is the player who wins/plays the most games after comparing two players in the same round of a tournament. It is not important whether one of the two players wins or loses his match. For the purposes of this bet, only the games won/played by each player will be counted (a tie-break is counted as a game). These bets are only offered on "Singles" matches, and "Doubles" matches will not be used to evaluate the bet. The bets are always based on the corresponding tournament round (e.g. Round 1, Round 2, etc.). Should at least one of the two matches end with the retirement of any player, then all bets will be void. 9.b) "Who will win/play more games in the tournament?": The winner of a bet is the player who, in comparison to the second player, wins/plays the most games in the tournament. It is not important, how many matches the player wins or loses. For the purposes of this bet, only the games won/played will be counted (a tie-break is counted as a game). These bets are only offered on "Singles" matches, and "Doubles" matches will not be used to evaluate the bet. All bets are valid as soon as both players have played a single ball each in the tournament.

10.) Team competitions (Davis Cup, Fed Cup, Hopman Cup, World Team Cup): All bets on the winner of the team competition are valid as soon as the first ball of the first match is played. In the event of the retirement of one of the teams, the winner of the bet will be the team officially declared the winner by the respective governing body

11.) Should a team withdraw before the first ball of the first match of the team competition has been played, then all bets will be void.

12.) Change of court surface: In case a tournament or parts of a tournament take place on a court surface different than the one scheduled, the following rules will apply:
- bets related to individual matches: if at least one ball is played on the court surface scheduled, all bets stand, according to the rules. If the complete match is played on another court surface than the one scheduled, all bets will be void.
- tournament bets: if at least one ball is played on the court surface scheduled, all bets stand. If the complete tournament is played on another court surface, all bets are void.
- tournament H2Hs: both players of the respective bet have to play at least one ball on the scheduled court surface for bets to stand.

Special Rules for Formula 1 Bets

Aside from the following special betting rules, the common betting rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the common rules nevertheless.

1.) The official qualifying time announced by the FIA shall be used to determine the winners of all qualifying bets.

2.) Team Head-to-Head (H2H) bets: Bets will be settled based on the team with the best classified car in the official FIA result. If neither team has cars classified, then the team with the car that completed the most laps is the winner. If neither team has cars classified, and the best cars in both teams have completed the same number of laps, all bets will be void. If at least one of the two teams does not start, all bets will be void. Country Head-to-Head bets: the rule applies correspondingly.

3.) Driver Head-to-Head (H2H) bets:
- Free Practice and Qualifying: If at least one of the two drivers either does not start his session or does not finish his individual session with an official round time then all bets will be void.
- Race: If at least one of the two drivers does not show up at the start then all bets will be void. If one or both drivers do not classify then the driver who has completed more laps is the winner. If both drivers do not classify and have the same number of completed laps then all bets will be void.

4.) Will driver X be classified in the final race rankings? Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA. If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver become invalid. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as "DNS" in the official race results.

5.) "Crash bet": A crash between two formula-1 cars occurs only if at least one of the 2 drivers cannot finish the race as a result of the collision. "Not finished" means dropping out within the first round measured from the scene of the crash between the two competitors. If both drivers are able to continue for more than one round measured from the scene of the collision, this is not regarded as a crash.

6.) How many cars will fail to complete first lap? Only those drivers who actually start the race (even from the pit lane) will be counted. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as "DNS" in the official race results.

7.) If a GP is started with a safety car phase (due to inclement weather, for instance) instead of starting lights, this phase shall not be considered a safety car phase for betting purposes.

8.) Will (driver X) advance through to qualifying session 2? : If a driver advances through to qualifying session 1 but does not finish this session with an official round time then all bets will be void.

9.) Will (driver X) advance through to qualifying session 3? : If a driver advances through to qualifying session 2 but does not finish this session with an official round time then all bets will be void.

10.) Which driver will be the first to retire from the race? In order for bets to be evaluated, the driver must actually start the race (even from the pit lane). If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver become invalid. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as "DNS" in the official race results.

11.) Which constructor will be the first to retire in the race? If a team fails to start the race with at least one driver, all bets for this team become invalid. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as "DNS" in the official race results.

12.) Will driver X record points in the race? If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver become invalid. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as "DNS" in the official race results.

13.) Will both drivers of team X record points in the race? In order for bets to be evaluated, both drivers must actually start the race. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as "DNS" in the official race results.

14.) How many cars from team X will achieve a position in the end classification? In order for bets to be evaluated, both cars must actually start the race. Cars which do not start the race are understood to be classified as "DNS" in the official race results or those which do not qualify for the race.

15.a) Which team will make up the most places in the first lap (Retirement = bets void) Each team will receive a point for every position that their driver improves by during the first lap compared to their starting position. If a driver loses places on the first lap, a point will be deducted for every place lost. In this type of bet, the winner is the team with the highest number of points. If a driver for this team retires, the bet is classed as void. Example: Hamilton moves up in the rankings from place 3 to place 1, Button falls from place 4 to place 5. The team receives 2 points for Hamilton and loses 1 point for Button - total score +1.

15.b) Which driver will make up the most places in the first lap? (Retirement - bets void) The winner of this bet is the driver who improves by the most positions during the first lap compared to their starting position. If the driver retires, the bet is classed as void.

If both drivers do not classify and have the same number of completed laps, all bets will be void. If one driver is disqualified/excluded, he will be deemed a "loser". If both drivers are disqualified/excluded, all bets will be void.

4.) Will (driver X) be classified in the final race rankings?: Bets will be evaluated according to the official results.

Special Rules for Ice Hockey Bets

Aside from the following special betting rules, the common betting rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the common rules nevertheless.

1.) Playing Time: If the match is abandoned before the official outcome then the result is regarded to be official after
- "55" minutes of play for "American Ice Hockey" (NHL, AHL UHL, WHL, OHL and Quebec Major Junior hockey league).
- "60" minutes of play for "Non American Ice Hockey".

Unless otherwise stated, this rule applies to all kinds of bets.

2.) 2-Way: All bets will be settled on the final result including Overtime and Penalty Shout-outs, unless otherwise stated.

3.) Date: For "American Ice Hockey" (NHL, AHL UHL, WHL, OHL and Quebec Major Junior hockey league) all games must be played on the scheduled date and venue for bets to stand. In case the game is postponed to another day all bets will be void.

4.) First Player to Score: If a player has not entered the field of play before the first goal has been scored, then this player is deemed a "non-runner" which means that all bets on this player are void. Overtime does not count.

5.) Winner of 1st, 2nd or 3rd Period: Only the goals scored within the nominated period count. Unless otherwise stated, overtime does not count for the result of the 3rd period.

6.) Division Champions: If the season is shortened for any reason then bets will be settled based on the Division Champion declared by the respective governing body.

7.) Goalbet (Correct Score): If the final result is outside offered outcomes, all bets will be settled as "lost".

8.) Nominated Finalists: The finalists are the players/teams that really content the final regardless of how they get there, including decisions made by any governing bodies.

9.) If a moneyline, total or handicap bet ends in a draw and no odds have been offered for this option, all bets will be void.

10.) Regular Season Points: All teams must play all regular season games for bets to stand. If the season is shortened for whatever reason, then all bets will be void, unless the highest possible option has already been attained, in which case all bets stand.

11.) "Grand Salami"/NHL: This bet refers to the total number of goals scored over all the matches played on a given day. Only games played on the day (according to the NHL schedule) count. Should any games be postponed or any games added to the schedule after the initial odds have been posted, then all bets will be void. Should any games be abandoned during play, then all bets will be void.

12.) How many 2 or 5 minute penalties will be awarded in the Xth period? For this bet, each 2 minute or 5 minute penalty counts as 1, so if 3 x 2 minute penalties are awarded, the winning option will be 'Under 3,5'. If, however, a 2 + 2 minute penalty is awarded, it counts as 2 x 2 minutes. This means if 1 x 5 minute, 1 x 2 minute and 2 + 2 minute penalties are awarded, the winning option will be 'Over 3,5'. All penalties awarded before a period starts are counted for the previous period, so if a 2 minute penalty is given during the 1st intermission, this counts for the 1st period.
